Nick Matthew beats Gregoire Marche to reach US Open quarter-finals

Three-time World Champion Nick Matthew, represented by internationalSPORTgroup, beat Frenchman Gregoire Marche 11-8 11-6 11-6 in 48 minutes in the second round of the US Open staged at Philadelphia’s Drexel University.

"I will enjoy this win for ten minutes but then it’s back to focusing, I’ve had a good win but I’ve got to do it against a high calibre player in the next round and then hopefully another high calibre player again as you get further into the tournament," said Matthew following the game.

Nick Matthew will play Daryl Selby in the quarter-finals of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) US Open World Tour event.
